Take the train to Nuremberg central station. From there it is only an eight-minute underground ride to the Exhibition Center Nuremberg (line U1, direction Langwasser Süd).

National and international flights are available at the Albrecht Dürer Airport Nuremberg. The airport is well connected to the city center and the Nuremberg Exhibition Center by public transport, taxi and (rental) car. Current flight connections to or from Nuremberg can be found here.

Travelling from the airport to the Exhibition Centre by underground

Direct transfer to the subway: Take the U2 subway line from the “Airport” station in the direction of “Nürnberg Röthenbach”. From there, take the U1 subway line in the direction of Langwasser Süd and get off at the “Messe” stop. (travel time about 25 minutes)

Our recommendation is to purchase your public transportation ticket online ahead of time through the VGN Online Shop or the VGN App. This way, you avoid waiting at the ticket machines.

Travel from the airport to the Exhibition Center by taxi

You can take a taxi from the airport to the Exhibition centre any time; the trip takes about 25 minutes. Nuremberg has some transport services with specially equipped vehicles.
